Why I Think Verizon Will Not Announce An iPhone On The 11th January 8, 2011
Today, Verizon has announced that they will be holding a press conference on 1/11/11. Rumors say that this is when Verizon will announce an iPhone on their network. I however, disagree with this. I will list my reasoning below.
- Apple would never let another company introduce a product for them.
- Even if Jobs is at the Verizon conference, Apple would never let anyone hold a conference for them. This is why (I think) Apple left MacWorld.
- A lot of rumors are saying that the ”Apple” and “Apple iOS” selection on the Verizon site confirm the iPhone is coming to Verizon. The reason that this selection is on the Verizon site is because they are currently selling the iPad. (You may use the picture below if you cite me as the source)
